Plan a Visit
You are warmly invited to visit Blue Cliff to practice with the community for a Day of Mindfulness. Most Thursdays and Sundays we will have a day of mindfulness. You don’t need to have any meditation experience to visit us. It costs nothing to visit for a day of mindfulness, though we depend on donations to make these days possible. Please see our Schedule of Events before you come to find the most accurate listing of our Days of Mindfulness (open to the general public) and Themed Retreats (for registered guests only).
During your time here, you will have the chance to practice sitting and walking meditation, to enjoy mindful eating with the community, to listen to talks by our teachers, and to delight in our lovely gardens and nature trails.
